What makes PicoPets products special?

We carefully select and create our products with your pet's welfare as our top priority. Extensive research goes into ensuring that our products will help pet owners meet the Five Domains for animal welfare:

As small pet owners ourselves, we know the struggle of finding suitable and affordable supplies at pet shops. We created Pico Pets in hopes of providing like-minded owners with pet supplies that meet welfare and quality standards while being kind to the wallet.

What size wheel should I get for my hamster?

According to Blue Cross, the species-appropriate wheel sizes include:

  • Syrian: 27+ cm
  • Campbell's dwarf: 22+ cm
  • Winter white dwarf: 22+ cm
  • Roborovski: 20+ cm
  • Chinese dwarf: 25+ cm

When will my package arrive?

Packages take 2-3 working days to arrive once dispatched. We aim to post all orders within 24 hours of receiving them.

How do I report an issue with my order?
